What you can expect:

We are looking for an intern (m/f) strarting in July 2019 for the duration of 6 months.

As a New Work intern, you must be the first representation of the New Work concept at HUGO BOSS. Therefore, you must be flexible, dynamic and forward thinking. You and your team will be responsible for implementing a new way of working at HUGO BOSS. You can expect to understand how various departments work and integrate with each other within the company. Furthermore, it is a great role to gain experience in the field of project management.

  • Take over responsibility of subprojects.
  • Assist with Presentations in workshops.
  • Fully understand the New Work guidelines for presentations and meetings.
  • Able to work with different teams on a daily basis.
  • Supporting the core team in their day-to-day business.
  • Live the New Work mindset by working in different areas of the campus on a day to day basis.
  • Handling of New Work Bags ordering, shipment and handling process
Your profile:

  • Excellent Written and Oral English.
  • Flexible and a quicker learner.
  • Forward thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adept at presentations.
  • Actively seeks out responsibility and can work independently.
  • Can work well on individual projects and team projects.
  • Must be a team player and bring value to the core team.
  • Network with people across hierarchies and departments.
