PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Currently action items in HEC Delivery are tracked in various Excels manually. We would like to merge these various Excels into one central Data Base (e.g. Jira).  Creating reports on a regular basis on progress of action items is also required. Additionally you will have the opportunity to leverage cloud reporting for generating reports on data quality.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will be involved in improving the Project and Program Management approach within HEC Delivery.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer science, science or administration    
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, JIRA (optional)   
• Language skills: English /German
• Soft skills: Communication and self-organization
• Others: Analytics knowledge is plus
