The Global Operations Team within SAP IBSO provides a service-oriented operational framework and support structure as well as overall business transparency to enable SAP IBSO to execute efficiently. Our tasks include tools and reporting, sales operations, process methodology & governance, compliance, 3rd party administration, contract support, resource management and knowledge management. We are looking for a working student to support our sales operations.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Your tasks will include:

• Support regular reporting activities as well as ad-hoc requests 
• Act as responsible owner of dashboards which need to be maintained, refreshed and enhanced
• Analyze complex data and represent it in a comprehensive manner • Creation of PowerPoint presentations and graphic illustrations
• Maintain master data in internal software applications, for example, create shopping carts, create master projects
• Support team members in their tasks, for example, manage customer satisfaction survey, perform compliance monitoring

• Gain technical knowledge about SAP HANA & S/4HANA and other SAP software (if of interest)

• Take initiative and expand responsibilities

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student of a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Natural Science or Engineering or a related field
• Computer skills: Very good MS Office skill, reporting/analytics. ERP processes or knowledge in Microsoft Access is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English - both written and spoken 
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, striving to follow through & completion, perseverance, professionalism

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
