PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
SAP works closely with higher-education institutions around the world to offer hands-on classroom and lab experiences with SAP software. SAP provides access to software licenses, instructional workshops and conferences for professors, course materials, and other instructional aids to colleges and universities worldwide.
SAP is committed to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations and therefore we also aim to strengthen the (female) tech student community and to support future female entrepreneurs. 
In this role, you will work directly with the responsible manager for the topic in Berlin/Potsdam. We practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s agreement.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support in long- and short-term marketing/communication projects
• Writing of newsletters and blogs in English
• Orchestration and editing of social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) via Sprinklr
• Designing templates for social media content
• Administrative tasks to drive the program

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student of a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
• Preferred field(s) of study: communications, marketing, business administration
• Open-minded, result-oriented person
• Fluent in English written is mandatory 
• Fluent in German is also mandatory
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of Social Media channels and use cases for businesses (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
• Design skills (Photoshop, InDesign) are not mandatory but beneficial
• Creativity and openness to drive topics such as female entrepreneurship, student programs, and social media
• Analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually
• Ability to work across functions, regions and countries virtually combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

WORK EXPERIENCE
As we are working to establish new Berlin-based social media channels to position SAP as the innovation driver in the region, you will have the opportunity to support the development and implementation of a new social media strategy for SAP Berlin. Having launched a Twitter channel recently, the organization of new channels via Instagram and Facebook are in the pipeline – representing an exciting challenge which holds some amount of responsibility.
Having work experience in the social media or communication field is therefore a desirable prerequisite.
We will ask you to show us a sample of a potential Instastory for the planned SAP Berlin Instagram account for evaluation. Please be prepared for this when you are invited to the interview. Thank you.
