PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Marketing is the steward of the SAP brand globally and translates the business strategy into brand, social, digital, and content strategies for all audiences across all touchpoints.
Studio SAP, our Content Center of Excellence, is the one-stop shop for all content matters. We offer end-to-end content services to all Marketing teams with tight collaboration and consulting, creative production, publishing, and content performance measurement – based on a defined strategy and holistic content architecture.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the Content Strategy & Foundations team – that owns content strategy, manages global content governance, and provides services such as digital asset management, repositories, content archiving/retirement, and operations along the entire content supply chain – you will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content marketing strategy and content management. You will be able to engage in all aspects of content production and the underlying processes and technology, with a specific focus on the SAP TechEd event series. Your tasks will comprise the following:

• Manage event asset review workflow and move assets through the content supply chain
• Pull asset status reports from our event content management system
• Upload, editing, and publishing of content assets through our content management systems and repositories
• Master and meta data management and quality assurance
• Manage and monitor asset review workflows, provide status updates and reporting
• Support of content-related projects in the strategy, technology, and events areas

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Marketing, communications, media design, IT/software, or related fields   
• Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience in content management systems a plus
• Expert knowledge in Excel and PPT a plus
• Basic design knowledge a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally for event on-site support at SAP TechEd
• Language skills: Business English and German, both written and spoken
• Soft skills: Highly motivated and self-driven team player; experience in international teams a plus

Please indicate your availability (ideally starting July 1st for six months full-time) and describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and content management.
