PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The MTT Strategy & Innovation team is a small and focused marketing technology team, that operates in a startup-like atmosphere, where agility and teamwork count. We are constantly looking for new ways to innovate, excite and make an impact for the business. By communicating new topics and representing the team’s spirit throughout the company, you will help driving adoption of our applications and directly impact the daily work of many users worldwide.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support the Marketing team with the following tasks:

• Work closely with product managers and the project team to build a best-in-class roll-out strategy 
• Project management for key events
• Support marketing and sales colleagues around the world by enabling them to easily run their events 
• Design and create simple and easy-to-use guides for the event application
• Share ideas and knowledge with a small team of experts in a dynamic environment applying agile methods
• Support the Innovation team in improving the application by gathering valuable feedback 
• Create content (write and design) and publish content on various internal communication channels
• Engage in interactions with stakeholders and ensure great user experiences

As part of our team, you will get a unique opportunity to gain insights into the adoption of a newly developed application and actively help to create a communication and marketing strategy. You will be able to bring forward new ideas and expand your communication skills in a dynamic atmosphere.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student in the fields of Business Administration, Communications, Sociology or similar
• Structured and self-organized working style with a strong attention to detail and quality
• Creativity and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player that feels comfortable working in an international atmosphere
• Humor and common sense
• Proficient in English and German

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
