PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The mission of SAP Sales Learning is to help accelerate the success of customer- and partner-facing employees within SAP. This is executed by top quality training and enablement programs, closely aligned to SAP strategy and business priorities, with the goal to impact revenue, profitability and employee engagement.

The Learning2Go organization within SAP Sales Learning owns and drives training, enablement and competency development programs in virtual and digital approaches, such as virtual live classroom trainings, massive open online courses, online simulations and micro-learning. Key elements are definition, alignment and execution of a high-quality and high-impact enablement portfolio, jointly with global and regional stakeholders. This is an innovative organization that also serves as central point of contact and thought leader for all aspects of digital and virtual training and enablement for the organization.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

With main focus on the SAP Sales Learning Virtual Live Classroom (VLC) program, key expectations and responsibilities are:

• Execute reporting and monitor ongoing training deliveries
• Support program operations
• Quality assurance of virtual live trainings
• Support business impact analysis and data analysis
• Conduct trainings needs surveys and derive recommendations
• Support training vendor coordination and course planning
• Ensure training readiness in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Support for presentations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Ongoing study in Commerce / Business / Education / Psychology or comparable
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Highly motivated, practical approach to challenges and result oriented
• Strong team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues especially in virtual and international teams 
• Highly quality-oriented with attention to details while keeping a good overview
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Self-starter that requires minimal oversight
• Excellent skills in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Interest in people development, education, enablement and training
• Interest in innovative learning techniques, such as virtual and digital learning
• Interest in training operations and ongoing quality assurance and monitoring
