PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Global Cloud Services (GCS) is responsible for running SAP’s backend technology including operations of state-of-the-art data centers and the technical platforms as integral part and foundation for all SAP Cloud solutions and services around the globe. Within GCS and among other responsibility, the Infrastructure Build organization is globally responsible to fulfill the demand for Infrastructure capacities in the various Data Centers and hand it over to the consumers of the Infrastructure and to the Infrastructure Run organization. The Team of Global Shared Service (GSS) are responsible of the E2E Work Centre process of Datacenter Management and Infrastructure Build. This includes processes and tools as well as Reporting and KPI’s.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Review Data quality and maintain important records in SAP CMP and MS SharePoint
Assist in the preparation of reports and in quality assurance of reports
Support on tool implementations and adjustments in terms of analyzing and visualizing data
Review and update of reporting process documentations

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Data Science
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Language skills: English, German
