Global tour company expanding with new Berlin Client Services team

Context provides educational tours & experiences led by experts in the world's cultural capitals. We're growing a new team in Berlin to assist with our 24/7 client services.

8 - 24 Stunden pro Woche

Was du machen wirst:

Global client duties:

  • First-tier customer service: Answering time-sensitive phone calls and emails that come in through Context's 24-hour emergency customer service number and email address, [assisting clients with bookings through Context's 800 number], and answering tour inquiries by email. Helping clients choose walking tours. Knowing how to find out answers to complicated questions.
  • Travel agents – assisting with inquiries and bookings.
  • Order processing

Global program duties:

  • Ticket purchasing
  • Making reservations with regional vendors

General duties:

  • participate in company-wide and team-specific meetings
  • general office support when necessary during peak season

Was wir bieten:

  • Part-time contract at 11€ / hour

Was wir erwarten:

  • Fachabitur
  • A love of travel and talking about travel is required. Familiarity with one of our major European destinations like Rome or Paris preferred.
  • High computer proficiency, including the Google for Business suite, and virtual communication applications such as Slack and Skype is required.
