We are a digital consulting startup called Digital Eleven. We help clients to build up new agile innovation hubs, to digitize their HR units and to define the right strategies, structures, processes and systems to on-board, retain and nurture the right digital talent. Are you interested in the world of digital HR, agile way of working and tech recruiting? You want to work in a new Digital startup in the heart of Munich and you are motivated to support and learn an agile way of working? You are passionate about research and learning new things? Was du machen wirst:
- Support consultants in their projects
- Active sourcing for digital talents on the market
- Initiate the first conversation with he candidates
- Managing the candidate relationships and pipeline
- Help with online research
- Create reports, pitch decks and powerpoint presentations
- Manage social media for Digital Eleven
- Go to events and meetups
- Bring in your ideas
Was wir bieten:
- 13-15 Euro per hour

Was wir erwarten:
- Bachelorabschluss Bachelor or Master in Human Resources
- Motivated to make the first candidate calls
- Good powerpoint skills
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- First experience in tech recruiting/research
- Fluent in English
