Internship / Student Trainee as Professional Services Consultant in Bonn

You'll be an integral part of our Professional Services team where you will be able to apply in practice what you've learned so far, hone your programming skills even further and rub shoulders with one of the most crucial field in the IT sector - data and application integration.
What are you going to do:
- Support external and internal integration projects as part of our distributed integration project team
- Analyze, design, implement and test new integration connectors
- Together with senior members of the team, you will design and implement complex integration processes
- As a member of the Scrum team, you will participate in the agile software development activities
- You will be actively involved in technical discussions and decisions

What we ask:
- Enrolled in a state-recognized university
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Experience in software development projects with JavaScript (node.js) and/or Java
- First experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), protocols (HTTP, TCP) and standards (JSON,XML)
- Affinity to work and collaborate in a distributed team
- Eagerness to learn quickly and independently
- You have a can-do attitude, are creative and resilient
- Knowledge of the open source integration frameworks (e.g. Apache Camel, WSO2, Mule) or integration technologies (elastic.io, Zapier, Microsoft Flow) is a plus
- Experience in working and/or contributing to open source projects is a plus (if applicable, please include your Github ID)
- Experience in working in Agile / Scrum teams is a plus
