German/Dutch/French-Speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) in Venlo
Are you looking for a full-time job as a Customer Service Agent in the Netherlands? Do you speak German, Dutch or French fluently and are you experienced in the Customer Service field? For a large international webshop specialized in home and garden products, I am looking for a German, Dutch or French-speaking Customer Service Agent. Are you the one?
What are you going to do:
As a Customer Service Agent, you take care of responding to reviews of customers. You are also responsible for providing the best service to customers who have questions about their order or specific products. Besides phone and email contact with the customers, your daily tasks include responding to inquiries on social media.
You are working in the office in Venlo, in the Netherlands. The work schedule is between 32 and 40 hours per week and shifts are flexible - between 09:00 and 19:00.

- At least Hauptschulabschluss
