amparo is looking to hire a very motivated financial assistant. In this role you will be jumping right into vital financial processes. Your great eye for detail and critical thinking will allow you to take responsibility and improve these processes. You are a great fit for this role if you like to tackle difficult challenges and spreadsheets are your weapon of choice.
What are you going to do:
On any given day you might:
Collect, review and Input data into vital financial records, Perform routine calculations and generate reports Use Spreadsheet magic to answer very specific questions from financial records Find an error no one else saw and fix it Communicate with tax authority or tax consultant about important issues
You shouMS Office, especially Excel
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with finance mathematics
- History of taking responsibility for your work
