Our client, a professional services firm is looking for talented graduates capable of speaking English and another European language to join their vibrant team. What is the role?
- In the associate programme you will be facilitating knowledge transfer from the industry experts to the client
- You will be identifying client knowledge gaps and seeking industry experts to address these, generating revenue for your team, the firm and yourself (by way of bonuses)
- The role enables you to work on several projects at once, engaging in high-level conversations with clients and experts
- You will working alongside a team of like-minded individuals to hit targets
- General responsibilities include:
- Being the point of connection between clients and experts
- Researching company and industry information enabling you to reach out to the appropriate and relevant expert
- Reaching out and communicating with potential experts to assess if their expertise matches the client problem

What we ask:
- At least finished bachelor degree
- Graduates from ANY degree subject are welcome to apply
- You must be fluent in another European language, ideally French, German, Dutch or any Scandinavian language, in addition to being fluent in English
- They are looking for someone who has excelled during their education and has been heavily involved in extracurricular activities
- You must be results-driven and hungry for success with a proactive attitude towards learning
- You must be emotionally intelligent with fantastic interpersonal skills
