Your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop the overall long term strategy for Radiology and lead the implementation of new business models for Radiology business to enable solutions based selling
- Work closely with the Head of Radiology and other members of Radiology Leadership Team (RLT) to develop and drive implementation of high priority initiatives
- Create a BD&L plan in-line with the growth priorities and to ensure external sourcing of innovation
- Develop a BD&L pipeline and take lead on evaluating specific opportunities
- Lead high priority projects that are identified as business critical by RLT
- Create and lead a “Strategy community” within Radiology business across the globe
- Support strategy projects in tier 1 priority markets
Who you are
- Advanced university degree (PhD, Master or comparable education), preferable would be a MBA
- Multiple years of consulting experience in a top tier strategy consulting company (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) preferably in Pharma, Medical devices or Healthcare
- Profound Knowledge of healthcare business – Pharmaceuticals and Medical devices industry
- Excellent problem solving skills – conceptual and analytical
- Strong communication skills (written, presentation and verbal skills)
- Flexible, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and experienced working in international matrix environment
- Excellent language skills in English. Command of a second major European language is an asset
