Your profile

• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer
  service practices
• Proficiency in English and in German
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• High school degree
• Interest in interior design and furniture is a plus

Tasks

• 1. Help our customers with selecting their beloved items. Inform them about the product prices, measurements, delivery times and all other things they want to know about the collection.
• 2.Take orders and input those in our
  system (POS-system)
• 3.Accept card payments
• 4. Keep
  our showroom tidy and clean so all our visting clients can have the same Furnified experience.
• 5.Recommend and display items that
  match customer needs
• 6. Maintain a fully stocked store
• 7. Keep up-to-date with product information

Our Shop will be opened on:

Wednesdays: Between 13.00 - 20.00h

Saturdays : Between 11.00 - 17.00h

Furnified is an online furniture retailer that started 2,5 years ago in Belgium. We are a design brand that is specialised in vintage and scandinavian furniture. All production is in-house which guarantees low prices for our customers. About 1,5 year ago our German webshop went online and we are now opening a showroom in
Köln so our fans can see and check the items before buying them online. At this moment we have two other shops: our pilot store is in Antwerp and the other one is located in Amsterdam.
