French speaking Customer Care Agent (f/m/d) (E-mails only) in Berlin
Our client is changing the way we travel across Europe. On their platform (mobile, app or desktop) you can compare and book trains, buses and flights to anywhere in Europe. By offering transparent pricing and easy booking, our client makes travel planning simple and flexible. In order to improve the customer experience we are searching for a smart and well organised Customer Care Agent (f/m/d) with exceptional French language skills.
Ce que vous allez faire
Your role as Customer Care Agent (f/m) includes:
- Answering travellers' inquiries related to their travel plans (e.g. questions about payments and modifying bookings, handling requests and complaints)
- Communication with customers though E-mails only!
- Deliver and maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction
