You will be working closely with a HR project manager based in Berlin to deliver global projects in the area of job architecture, job evaluation and career paths.

Our Global Human Resources Project Manager in Berlin is looking for you as a
Working student Global HR Projects (20h/week for the period of May to September 2018)
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic and conceptual work in a HR function of a fastpaced international fintech company.
You will be working closely with a HR project manager based in Berlin to deliver global projects in the area of job architecture, job evaluation and career paths.
Who are you:
- Student in a Master or Bachelor Programme in Economics, Business Administration or a
- related subject (focus on Human Resources is a plus)
- Ideally previous working experience in HR or a consulting company
- You like working in a fast-paced and complex environment
- You work independently and at the same time you are an excellent teamplayer
- You are focused, diligent and reliable
- You like working with MS office tools and analysing data
- You are eager to provide innovative ideas
- You are a quick learner and have an interest in Human Resources topics
- You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
