Junior International Brand Manager (f/m) in Düsseldorf

The Junior International Brand Manager reports directly to the International Group  Brand Manager in the Douglas Headquarters
in Düsseldorf and owns an important role within the International
Marketing Team creating innovative international marketing toolboxes that can be executed across all channels to be rolled out in its 19 countries.

Your tasks:

• Create a strategically strong and creative yearly international marketing plan with the team
• Create innovative and surprising content toolboxes - text, picture, video for all on- and offline channels- directly linked to the overall marketing strategy with strong consumer and trend focus
• Take strong ownership in assigned projects, ensuring effective usability across all channels
• Observe & report market and beauty trends with strong competitor benchmarking and derive recommendations
• Budget planning and responsibility

Your profile:

• Very good university degree in Graphic-, Communications- or Media Design or comparable professional education
• Minimum of two years of work experience, ideally in the field of beauty
• High proficiency in Adobe CC design programs  (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office  (especially PowerPoint)
• High degree of creativity, accuracy and attention to detail with an excellent understanding of branding, layout and typography
• Highly motivated, well-structured  way of working paired with a target-oriented, hands-on mentality
• Experience in post-production/ retouching as well as professional photography and video production
• High passion for beauty, luxury and digital trends
• Fluent in speech and writing in English and German language
