HR Internship in Unterschleißheim
We are looking for a highly motivated student who would like to get to know HR in a newly founded player within the field of autonomous driving. In this internship you have the chance to work close with the local HR manager Germany and get a good overview of the broad area of HR work in an international company.

Was du machen wirst:
As HR intern you will support the local HR manager in his daily work.
- Focus will be the support in recruiting, hence you will coordinate interviews, contact the candidates, post job advertisements and you will get to know the whole recruiting process
- You also will help in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and support with all related processes regarding work environment/ work security
- You will conduct competitor benchmarks regarding different HR topics (e.g. work environment, benefits, etc.)
- You will help in coordinating, evaluating and participate in HR-Marketing activities (e.g. career fairs, recruiting-events, etc.)
- You will prepare presentations and support the HR manager with various administrative tasks
