H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. At H&M it’s all about the customer! Today , Customer Service has around 1900 employees globally and has so far established 9 Customer Service Centers. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 5 different languages.

Work Description
The job of a H&M Customer Service Trainer comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

  • Delivering trainings to both new and more experienced colleagues
  • Inspiring others with a positive attitude to work
  • Identifying training needs
  • Always looking for new ideas and ways to improve training,
  • Contributing to the development of agents

  • As your main focus will be on our German speaking markets, you are a native German speaker. You also need to be fluent in English, in speech and writing.
