What are you going to do:

HR WORKING STUDENT (m/f)

As a startup in an industry that is currently struggling to modernise and with services that experience increasing demand, we aim to grow our team with the sharpest talent we can find. Currently, we are on the lookout for a HR Working Student (m/f) within our HR department to start right away.

  • You get insight in all relevant HR processes (On&Offboarding, Recruiting and Documentation)
  • You work closely with all HR team members and support on multifunctional levels current projects and tasks
  • You assist in preparing the monthly payroll
  • You proactively suggest new HR projects and process optimizations and actively support the implementation

What we ask:

  • Currently in a Masterstudies
  • Currently in a Bachelorstudies
  • You are studying Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources a related field and have first working experience in the HR Management sector preferably in a startup company
  • You are open minded and have a strong sense for people
  • You are a born organizational talent and are able to handle multiple projects at a time
  • You are fluent in German and English - knowledge in French is a plus
