We are providing online patient recruitment, retention, patient surveys, study feasibility and site selection services for clinical trials. Using our ClinLife® platform, we recruit patients efficiently, support investigator sites through the enrollment process and accelerate clinical trial start-up timelines for sponsors. Currently, over one million people participate in our ClinLife® platform worldwide.
Was du machen wirst:
- Represent our company by being the contact person for our clients in Latvia
- Advise doctors and patients in Latvian (no sales calls, pure customer service)
- Be part of a team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other
Was wir bieten:
- You speak Latvian fluently, plus you have good English skills
- Initial experience in handling customers via phone and email is advantageous, ideally you have even already worked in a Call Center before
- You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first class service to customers
- You are living in or around Hamburg and willing to work as a freelancer or as a Mini-Jobber from our office in Hamburg Altona
