Operations Intern, Germany - Car sharing services in Berlin
The newly created “Account Management” team plays an important role as it manages our dedicated cars supply from rental car companies, professional car fleets, and car dealership companies. As an operations intern, you will be one of the pillars of our success with professionals, and responsible for the day to day management of our supply.
Was du machen wirst:
- Operate and manage a fleet of dedicated cars on our platform
- Forecast, track and analyze fleet metrics on a periodic basis
- Support our account management team in setting-up standardized processes
- Develop detailed strategic fleet remarketing recommendations based on analytics
- Maintain the highest quality for our fleet
- Ensure dedicated car listings meet our quality standards
- Identify best practices and share these internally with teams
- Internally suggest solutions and innovative ideas

Was wir erwarten:
- You have already completed the 3rd semester of your studies in business administration, computer science, engineering or economics or a related field
- You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
- You don't shy away from challenges and are eager to take on responsibilities
- You have a EU / EEE driver license and are allowed to operate 'class B' vehicles in Germany
- You speak German fluently
