Digital Marketing Consultant (m/f) in Berlin

• Ensure good knowledge on basic and advanced digital marketing tactics with passion for driving innovative solutions • Responsible for digital tactics of marketing teams, e.g. global launch teams and brand teams • Build knowledge and insights into relevant and complex markets of our customers • Use and advice on the marketing methods and processes (segmentation, brand planning/ execution, product launch management) as well as on creative methods • Manage projects independently, with internal and/or external parties involved • Ensure deep knowledge of business processes, guidelines and regulations (e.g. LMR, compliance) and customer frameworks (e.g. Marketing Excellence) within the team

• University degree in business administration or IT • Experience with global marketing and designing and executing digital solutions • First experience in project management • Knowledge in digital marketing, pharma marketing, consulting and (multi-) project management • Demonstrated ability and track record in problem solving and applying creative methods • Competence to identify critical issues, prioritize and assess trade-offs • Strong interpersonal skills as well as ability to build internal and external networks • High level of motivation and passion to innovate • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
