Learnship Networks is headquartered in Cologne, Germany. We are the first internet language school specializing in live online instruction for business clients, connecting students and teachers from all over the world by video-conference in an interactive online classroom. Our teachers all receive tailor-made induction training, are located across the world and are able to teach from the convenience of their homes.
Was du machen wirst:
Learnship is looking for one full-time staff member to join our Academy / Teacher Training & Quality Assurance team in Cologne, Germany, for a duration two years to start with.
- Language Teacher coaching
- Induction training for new Teachers
- Organize and deliver Teacher briefings
- Supporting current pool of Teachers
- Further development of Teacher’s skills possible
- Involvement in course management
- Feedback management
- Jointly responsible for identifying future sample lesson Teachers, carrying out sample lesson training, and monitoring the sample lesson pool
- Quality Assurance management (observation of mock lessons)
- Lead internal Teacher training sessions and Teacher workshops
- Carry out post-training administration

Was wir erwarten:
- Native or native-level (C1+) English speaker
- Fluency (B2+ or higher) in another European language preferably German or Spanish
- Minimum B.A. in Education or Linguistics and CELTA or Trinity Cert TESOL
- Language training experience (Corporate Training preferred)
- Good knowledge of virtual classroom management (error correction, classroom methodology, lesson planning and assessment)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for the product
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products for administrative purposes
- High-level of comfort with technology
- Passion for education and self-improvement
- Highly-motivated with a friendly, outgoing personality
- A ‘hands-on´ mentality and pro-active approach
- Enjoys working in an energetic, international team
