Internship Global Pharmaceutical Congress Management (m/f) in Berlin

• Support in project management for the global congress manager in planning, organizing and implementing global pharmaceutical congresses focusing on Pulmonology and Thrombosis • Cooperate closely with the Global Brand Teams, Global Medical Affairs and agencies to ensure the successful and smooth organization of global congresses • Be involved in the preparation of global internal congress communications for Bayer • Support in the budget control and evaluation of individual congress projects

• University degree in business administration or international management with a focus on communication, marketing or event management • First experience in event management • Interest in pharmaceutical marketing and congress organization • MS-Office skills (high level of competence in PowerPoint and Excel), knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage • Reliable and flexible and a very good team player • Good interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work on own initiative and organizational talent • Strong sense of responsibility • Ability to cope with challenging tasks • Very good English, both spoken and written, knowledge of another language is an advantage
