You're the recruitment specialist who knows better than anyone how to bring in new motivated people, to make the offices grow as big as possible. You will coach and advice the Office Managers and Recruitment Managers and provide them of creative ideas to stimulate the inflow within their offices. You will secure the success of running projects and recruitment campaigns, such as La Familia and The District Games. While monitoring, you'll make periodical reports and will act according to the outcomes. In this function you are going to collaborate with the Brand Operations Manager and Brand Salesmanager to develop your region as much as possible and to put down some really good results! You will be accountable to the Manager Talent Search.

Duties will include:

• Responsible for achieving your inflow goals;
• Monitoring and reporting about the progress;
• Composing, performing and adjusting recruitment plans and campaigns within your region;
• Coaching the Office Managers regarding the recruitment and maintenance of the staff;
• Responsible for the performance of the Recruitment Managers within your region;
• Responsible for the recruitment of the Office Managers;
• Employer Branding via our websites and social media channels;
• Developing and organizing trainings, such as job interview trainings, Recruitment Manager trainings etc..

• Is able to set priorities, so the inflow plans will run successfully;
• Is empathic, so you're able to imagine how others feel and understand what drives and motivates them;
• Works accurate and precise and values providing quality;
• Likes stimulating others to reach their (personal) goals by developing skills, knowledge and competence;
• Has a commercial state of mind and exerts to obtain formulated results and goals;
• Has a big social network and enjoys hanging around with others, casually as well as at work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree;
• Working knowledge in or affinity with working in a result driven company;
• Flexible in travel time and driving experience; you'll be driving to the 6 offices in Germany.
