We're looking for a working student to assist with on exciting project at the intersection of software engineering and computational linguistics.

You are a motivated student at a Berlin educational facility with technical expertise, curiosity about computational linguistics, and part-time availability in the upcoming semester.

If you are eager to:

  • learn from experienced software engineers and didactic experts
  • solve technical challenges Relating to linguistic data
  • get hands-on experience with end-to-end feature implementation

This position is available for working students (max 20h / week).

DEPENDING on your performance and aspirations, this can be a possible door opener to an entry-level position in our company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
  • experience in at least one project with substantial server-side programming for a tool / user-facing feature
  • skill in one or more of the Following languages: Ruby / Python / Javascript / Clojure / Java
  • knowledge of graph structures
  • bonus: experience with graph databases
  • basic familiarity with linguistics, natural language processing, or related areas
