• Berlin (Frankfurter Tor) from January to May
• Paris & Deauville in June 2017 for 2 weeks (hotel and transport offered)

Wage: €400 per month (20hr/week, 4 afternoons a week) + Incentives

Description:

Joining a young and international team in our Berlin office, you will operate in Sales and Marketing Development for Germany, Austria and Switzerland during the launch of the 6th 'Deauville Green Awards', the International Film Festival for Sustainability and Eco-innovations.

Key tasks will include:

• Participation in sales campaign for film registration and Festival accreditation: you will actively call production companies, filmmakers, NGOs, corporations and public institutions working in the fields of Ecology or Social Responsibility to encourage them to submit their films in the competition and to attend the Festival in June 2017.
• PR & Partners Management: Active prospection of journalists, magazines and websites as well as professional networks around films, ecology and social responsibility, NGOs, public institutions. Autonomous follow-up of various types of daily collaboration with our existing media partners and sponsors, on-schedule reception/provision of texts and graphics for visibility exchanges, interviews of key speakers, etc.
• Editing of informative and promotional content of various Festival communication documents, promotional emails, newsletters, press releases, Festival and partner websites, banners, web-videos, printed material and social media.
• Assist in the running of the Festival, in Paris and Deauville 2 weeks in June 2017

• Thorough, proactive and organized. Able to work alone and as part of a team
• Perfect German (native speaker)

About the Festival:

The Deauville Green Awards is the International Film Festival for Sustainable Development and Ecology, which rewards the best industry actors for audiovisual production on sustainable development and CSR.

The competition includes 14 categories and 3 competitions – Documentaries / Information films / Spots – and brings together the best of the international audiovisual industry.
