For our headquarter located in Düsseldorf we are searching for an

Internal Communications Officer (m/f)
Your Tasks:
  • Development of internal communication concepts for strategic and operational issues (corporate development, development of the store network, internationalization of the company, new products and concepts, etc.) 
  • Conception, design and implementation of respective activities for internal communication for all relevant target groups  
  • Contemporary advancement of communication tools, such as the group-wide employee magazine, the intranet, and employee events 
  • Enhanced involvement of digital media  
  • Editorial responsibility for internal communication instruments (theme setting, decision for editorial implementation)  
  • Selection, management and coordination of agencies, printing shops, photographers and further external service providers 
  • Conception and implementation of image films (storyboard, support filming and post-production) 
  • Regularly attend and organize events (HQ, stores, international) and develop editorial content accordingly 
  • Proofread texts in German and English
Your Profile:
  • University degree preferably in the field of communication sciences, ideally with a journalistic background 
  • At least three years of experience in internal communications at an international company or at a consultancy 
  • Creative-minded and proactive personality, motivated to pursue unconventional solutions 
  • Target group oriented style of writing in German and English 
  • Strong networking skills and a high level of personal commitment 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
