Turkish Technical Support Supervisor (m/f) Relocation to Athens, Greece

Key responsabilities:

  • Maintaining the quality and efficiency in the Client Service Centre by consistently monitoring CSSs’ transactions
  • Evaluating customer service system based on monthly performance reports and trends
  • Assisting associates with customer situations by offering guidance and solutions on a daily basis
  • Meeting with team on a monthly basis to evaluate the monthly results and discuss future goals
  • Managing, motivating and inspiring team
  • Analyzing operational trends and supporting the team members to improve their performance
  • Communicating and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Your Profile:

  • Native Turkish speaker and proficient level in Arabic and English
  • 1 year experience in CSS (customer service system)
  • Ability to use Internet applications
  • Usage of MS Office
  • Familiar with Mac OS X Application
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Leadership
  • Customer service-oriented
