Lead Solution IT-Architect Nordics / Germany (f/m)

In close collaboration with the Deal Hunters and the Deal Bid Teams you are responsible for:

• Generation, qualification and development of Lighthouse deals thereby triggering the internal processes - focus: technical solution / ICT strategy perspective
• Setup and management of substantial relationships, as a trusted advisor, to key stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Digitalization Manager) of large enterprises; Counterpart of client´s CxO- manager to discuss their ICT strategy – positioning T-Systems as a potential partner of choice (Focus: infrastructure outsourcing)
• Analysis of customer needs in regard to business, define business processes, strategy, solution - guidelines and cornerstones
• Manage the solution development, overall integration of different solution elements, risk management, the development and presentation of any added business value
• Support the successful closing of Big Complex Deals and responsible for a smooth transition to the Service and Delivery Organization

You have 15+ years working experience in: IT consulting/systems integration with strong business background preferably in Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Energy, CPG or Retail industry. Furthermore you have the following skills and know how:

• At least 8 years of experience in realization and management of large and complex IT projects for major enterprises or organizations with corresponding responsibility for budget and personnel
• Broad understanding of the B2B IT Market, particularly in the areas of Cloud hosting, enablement and infrastructure transformation. Also, an understanding of trends/innovations which will impact the IT strategy of the future (i.e. Digitalization) is highly desirable
• Ability and track record of working with Senior (CxO) Managers
• Ability to form, lead and manage multi-disciplinary / virtual teams with a result-oriented approach and willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent English language speaking and writing skills. Knowledge of German or any Nordic language is advantageous
