Customer Service Executive in Thailand

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join DHL eCommerce in Thailand!

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for sales support and customer service by servicing and retaining existing customers and support the targeting of new customers. The incumbent will handle mail arrangement; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. He/She will also respond to customers’ call and enquiries, ensuring quality and process standards are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service Management

  • Act as the primary contact for customers and liaise with suppliers on the service delivery to customers

  • Conduct regular meetings with customers on the operational service level and performance

  • Manage and ensure contracted service level is maintained

  • Assist in the evaluation of potential customer’s service, including the setting up of new services

  • Work closely with the project executive on the implementation of new customer projects and provide pro-active customer service solutions for new and existing customers

Process Management

  • Provide tabulation of customer statistics, preparation of management reporting and presentation to customers

  • Regularly update customer specification documents

  • Identify improvements in the operationsand set implementation timeline

  • Provide customer service support to the customers on their mail and courier services

  • Responsible for staff deployment in the operations area

Desired Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role or any related industry

  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of postal and courier industry

  • Good communication skills (English and Thai), spoken and written

  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Minimum Educational Qualification

  • Degree in related discipline
