Marketing & Communications Manager in Singapur

We are currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join DHL eCommerce Asia Pacific team!

The Marketing & Communications Managerwill be responsible for the management of all regional marketing and communications activities for DHL eCommerce Asia Pacific, including, marketing with all product and customer-related promotion activities, and communications with internal and external stakeholder engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Process Management

  • Manage externalcommunication matters for DHLeC AP including the required approval processes
  • Manage all internal communication including campaign execution and collateral development.
  • Manage the product and customer communication activities of the business alongside the regional and country commercial teams.
  • Execute all marketing and communication collateral development for Asia Pacific including the required approval process
  • Manage all internal and external web properties of DHL eCommerce Asia Pacific

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop external and internal communication plan to support business objectives

  • Develop copy and collateral for communication activities and execute outreach accordingly

  • Collaborate with DHL AP Comms as well as DHLeC global Comms team in execution

  • Develop and evaluate event and conference roadmap for all markets in Asia Pacific

  • Execute and support execution of events and conference participations across Asia Pacific

  • Implement a rigorous ROI investment tracking logic for all DHLeC event participations

  • Develop concepts around our internal employee and external customer outreach via proactive customer communication

  • Work with all business stakeholders in DHL eCommerce to develop content for CRM communication

  • Develop tools and processes that continuously professionalize our customer communication going forward

  • Define and develop a range of helpful marketing and sales collateral for all DHL eCommerce service domains

  • Work with external service providers and manage the production cost for the marketing and sales collaterals

  • Proactively improve existing marketing collaterals based on the business feedback

Desired Skills / Qualifications

  • 4-5 years’ experience in marketing and communication functional domain preferable with experience in B2B marketing activities

  • Marketing or Communicationfunctional experience

  • Proven copy-writing skills for external communication

  • Preferably B2B Industry experience

  • Preferably experience in using marketing collateral development software, e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

  • Facilitation and training skills

  • Software skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Customer-facing and interaction skills

  • Communication skills - spoken and written

  • Analytical, organizational and motivational skills

Minimum Educational Qualification

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing or Business degree (or equivalent)
