We are a very customer-driven company! Therefore, Wunder is for Onboarding Manager for Poland, Hungary or Czech Republic (m/f) to join our Market Management department in Hamburg approximately 25 hours/ week, mainly between 4pm and 9pm. You will gain tremendous insight into business development and have daily contact with our markets.

Wunder is a mobile community for sharing empty seats in cars. By increasing human interaction and decreasing congestion and pollution, we are making our world's cities more liveable. Responsibilities

• - You will be responsible for Account Management for our operations in Poland / Hungary / Czech Republic
• - You will do most of the Onboarding calls for our new users and drivers
• - You will be in daily contact with our users and answer Support E-mails or Calls
• - You will work in an ambitious environment with a strong focus on personal growth and open communication, in which you can contribute with your own ideas and improvement suggestions

Requirements

• - You are fluent in English and Czech or Polish or Hungarian
• - You like Sales, Customer Exposure and challenges
• - You want to further learn in a quickly growing company and be part of a great international team
• - You like to implement your own ideas and work independently as well
• - You can be available approximately 25 hours/ week, mainly between 4pm and 9pm
