Was erwartet dich?

  • Conduct research into technology applications in the real estate space (PropTech) and related areas
  • Develop and maintain a map of the tech and data products landscape, as well as relevant regulations
  • Develop business cases and communicate them to the management and the Data Science team
  • Translate between the commercial perspective and technical requirements

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Bachelor or Master student in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration with strong Tech / Data Focus or in a related discipline
  • You speak ‘Science’ and ‘Business’ - You combine technological expertise with strong communication skills to form a bridge between colleagues with various technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Strong knowledge of current trends in technology, especially data (science) products
  • Passionate about innovation and technology enabled business models
  • Strong presentation skills
  • You take the initiative to find new ways to solve problems and help the team understand your point of view and advocate for great solutions
  • Ideally, you already gathered experience in Tech Due Diligence or in Business Development at a technology company
