We are a fast growing startup, working mainly as a remote-first team with a small Hub in Berlin functioning as a point of support for content creation, team days and a few desks in case our Berlin-based employees want to work from the office (max. 5 booked desks/day).
We are looking for a QA Engineer (f/m/d) who will be part of our product development team and help to improve development processes.

What your role will be:

• Together with the QA Team, you plan and coordinate the testing  of our releases and ensures new features are tested and ready for a smooth launch in our App
• As QA Engineer, you have the ability to analyse business requirements and contribute to product development process (UX flows, missing connections, dependencies etc)
• You optimize testing frameworks, elaborate testing scenarios  and take over the documentation of test cases
• You work closely with different stakeholders to constantly improve and optimize our App

You have knowledge of:

• Automated Detox (Basic JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge) tests for mobile app
• Cypress (or similar)
• Selenium
• BrowserStack
• Jira & Confluence
• Familiarity with in browser development tools
• Good understanding of RWD (responsive web design) concept

Ideally you also have basic knowledge of:

• Basic JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Basics of PenTesting (SQL Injections, XSS, CSRF etc.)
• OWASP
• Basic understanding of load and performance testing
