Coach Relations Specialist (m/f/d) in Berlin

We are a fast-growing start-up on a journey to deliver measurable business outcomes to our clients through a bespoke digital solution that is based on 1:1 coaching.

Your Responsibilities

• You build great relationships with people to understand individual and team responsibilities, cross-functional collaborations and interdependencies
• You have an understanding of our supply side and connect with the coaching community
• You build relationships with our coaches
• You will begin recruiting and onboarding new coaches
• You get a good overview of our coach engagement tactics (webinars, seminars...)
• You will use your comprehensive understanding of gaining our strategy and processes for coach onboarding
• You recruit new coaches and successfully onboard them
• You master our processes and performance metrics for coaches and know how to use them to help our coaches continually improve their sessions

Your Profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience managing coaches/partners/stakeholders
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to listen and build and develop long-term relationships
• You have the ability to handle difficult conversations (contracts, advertising, performance feedback, etc.)
• You are data savvy and structured with a focus on quick execution
• You are pragmatic and not afraid to take initiative
• You have experience in the SasS/PaaS/Cloud space
• You show interest in and/or affinity for the coaching industry
• You are ideally experienced in the management of coaches
• You are fluent in English
