Your Responsibilites

• You support our finance and accounting team with general administrative tasks
• You work on the verification and further processing of incoming invoices as well as on the preparation of outgoing invoices
• You support in the dunning process
• You support the team in day-to-day business such as checking and processing travel expense reports and credit card statements
• You work together with the external accounting department and the auditors

Your Profile

• You are currently a student at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in a relevant field of study such as administration or economics (ideally with a focus on finance and controlling)
• You are interested in controlling related topics
• You have good English and German communication skills
• You work independently and you are highly committed and willing to learn
