We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and analytical Channel Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to design and execute initiatives that will drive growth through the channel.

Your Responsibilities

• You partner with sales leaders, channel team, and marketing team to create a channel marketing strategy aligned with regional sales priorities
• You work with resellers to maximize MDF by aligning plans and activities with our channel growth strategy
• You lead and manage reseller MDF proposals, review of activities and proof of performance
• You develop ways to measure, analyze, and report on channel marketing activities to drive improvement in programs
• You partner with Channel Account Managers to plan and execute channel activities and events
• You translate campaigns and product launches into channel marketing plans and actions
• You create marketing kits, tools, and resources to enable marketing of the portfolio through the channel
• You work with channel partners and sales to understand the value proposition of solutions and how they’re differentiated from other providers
• You manage partner communication strategy and execution to keep the channel informed and engaged

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree / MBA is desired

• You have minimum 5 years of channel marketing experience in the AV or IT industry

• You are able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
• You are able to bring together key stakeholders to work together collaboratively in executing marketing activities
• You bring knowledge in Marketing strategy, planning, and execution as well as in Project management, Tradeshow and event management
• You have analytical and strategic skills in a strive to grow channel revenue and marketing database
• Some graphic design and copywriting skills are a plus
• Fluency in English completes your profile, knowledge of German and any additional language is a plus
