We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings with talented and qualified candidates.
The responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Manager include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews and keeping everything up to date using our digital tools.
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager will have excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented and is highly networked within the company. He/She can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- You are in charge of identifying future hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications together with the department leads
- You are managing/working together with the student HR sourcing role to attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- You sort through applicants, interview potential candidates to fill open positions and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- You promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- You will provide recruitment reports to team leads and keep all the relevant internal databases up to date
- You are constantly improving our processes by critically reviewing existing processes and proactively developing suggestions for optimization
Your Profile
- You own a Bachelor’s degree or higher or 3+ years of experience working as a Recruiter
- You show excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as tons of enthusiasm for matching talent to open roles
- You own excellent organization plus project management skills with a strong drive to exceed expected timelines
- You are extroverted with the passion to work with people
- You have a strong love for meeting new people and getting them excited about our company
