Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for preparing proper compensation for internal and external seafarers
• You will process the ship's accounts by transferring internal and external payments, thus maintaining an overview of the accounts
• You are responsible for the preparation as well as the final transmission of travel expense reports
• You are the contact person for the authorities and captains in case of questions and you are in constant communication with them

Your Qualification

• You successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
• You show analytical and numeral skills
• You speak English fluently and good German
• You are flexible, team-minded, communicative
• You have the ability to work under pressure
