About Charly Charly acquires unique and charming small boutique hotels, revitalizes and renovates them with passion and a contemporary, high-quality interior, and ultimately operates them for its guests with the typical Charly touch. With Charly as a hotelier we see ourselves as our guests' personal travel buddy, making sure they have a great experience with us. We are currently operating our hotels with a plug in system infrastructure. The next exciting step is already approaching: the creation of a native Charly application to provide our guests access to everything on their journey and create a unique experience overall. Charly will be the platform representing your co-traveller along the way.

What you’ll do
- You will be part in shaping the digital product for our guests
- Take the ownership for the research of external sources and the communication with external partners regarding new tech product developments
- Assist our Charly Product Manager in developing a strategy and roadmap for Charly’s product
- Co-determination of the setup our the tech stack and independent work on individual components of the tech landscape
- Stay informed with technology trends, relevant topics and projects, software skills and tools and share your knowledge with other team members
- Be part of our innovation journey: work closely with our founder team and external partners to create a unique guest experience

What you’ll need
- Currently studying something related to informatics/mathematics/engineering
- You have foundational knowledge of software engineering and you have fun with coding
- You are therefore familiar with coding languages
- You have a product/experience-driven mindset with the desire to solve problems in a startup environment
- English fluency, possession of valid EU working permit, ability to start asap & at least 6 months of time
