Internship in HR & Talent Acquisition (m/w/d) Remote in Münster

In your role as an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern (m/w/d), you work directly with our founders to ensure that we find the right colleagues for our team as the foundation for our growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sourcing - Find talented & well-fitting team members
  • Screening - Prescreen incoming applications and suggest next steps
  • Onboarding & Support - Help new team members during the onboarding process and colleagues with HR-related questions
  • Optimize - You are looking for opportunities to improve our recruiting & hr processes

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD-Program
  • You have an empathetic and outgoing personality
  • You show a hands-on mentality with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn
  • You show outstanding communication and analytical skills, and you ideally have previous experience in recruiting / HR 
  • You speak English fluently (as most of our existing team members speak German, German skills are also a plus)
  • You are available for at least 10 weeks (remote work is definitely possible)
