How you'll be hosting with heart:

• You will support our talent team to find the best talents on the market to make our company grow.
• You do active sourcing for potential candidates via LinkedIn.
• You conduct initial interviews with potential candidates and inspire them to work for limehome.
• You constantly optimise your search strategies in order to address the right talents.
• You track the relevant data on your pipeline activities and share your insights with the team.
• You work with our Talent Team on various projects and contribute your own ideas.
• You ensure that our active sourced candidates have a good experience during their recruiting process at limehome.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You enjoy university life or have already successfully completed your studies and would like to strengthen your initial work experience in recruiting and active sourcing. Ideally, you already have initial experience in a dynamic environment / start-up.
• You want to familiarise yourself with tech recruiting and find exciting talents.
• You are structured, communicative and love to solve tricky tasks.
• You have a positive mindset and challenges motivate you! You approach challenges in a hands-on and result-oriented way.
• You feel comfortable working and communicating in English. German is a plus.
• You think conceptually and are very numbers-driven as well as meticulous.
