We create top management strategies for financial services firms and turn manual processes into digital products. From analyzing the as-is situation of processes to drafting executive roadmaps to the implementation of software, we support our customers throughout the entire journey of digitalization with our FinTech Consulting Business.

What to expect

From day one you will be an integral part of our team. You will work on a variety of high-level digitization projects with large financial services firms.

• You join an enthusiastic team with deep industry expertise and drive digital transformation in challenging change and implementation projects at asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and FinTechs
• You learn to analyze existing value chains and IT landscapes and to design IT target scenarios - always at the intersection of business requirements and technology
• You support the collaborative creation of decision-making basis for top management and expand your presentation skills
• You will accompany the change at our customers with a team on-site or virtually and provide orientation there as a doer, thinker, and coaching expert - but above all as a team player!
• With each new project, you shape your personal development individually - always with the support of experienced project members and mentors

Your ideal profile

• Successful university degree (Master, MBA, Ph.D.) in e.g. business administration, (business) informatics, mathematics, physics
• You gained relevant experience through previous engagements, internships, or entrepreneurial activities
• You are interested in the conception and development of digitalization strategies and the financial services industry
• You like working at a dynamic and entrepreneurial company and taking on responsibilities on your first day
• You can formally structure processes and communicate convincingly and effectively in German and English
