The Role

We are looking to hire hungry and ambitious graduates as well as Junior Consultants with sales experience to add to our Munich team. No previous recruitment experience is required. You will be moving onto a warm desk with an initial focus on delivering the best candidates to our clients.

Some of the tasks you will be involved in:

  • You will spend time on the phone and in video calls speaking to candidates, interviewing them, building relationships with them and ultimately finding suitable positions for them with some of the coolest Tech companies on the market
  • You will be learning to navigate the Recruitment Cycle from start to finish with your candidates
  • You will be creating a brand on social media…YOURSELF….and become an influencer in your Industry via platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • You will be involved in negotiating contracts and salaries
  • You will have a chance to take part in side projects helping our Startup with marketing, events, branding, social media etc.

Holiday

We offer you between 26 to 30 days paid holiday per year depening on your level

 

On site or up to 100% remote

You can work for Baldur from any location after passing our on-site training phase.

We are located in the vibrant quarter of Schwabing, close to many restaurants, bars, cafes and parks.
