Your Tasks

• You learn the product, sales methodology, and tactics to discover your potential customers’ challenges and needs and you will start talking and qualifying potential new customers
• You advise potential customers and you will often be the first point of contact and you will act as the face of the company in many conversations
• You contribute to a positive customer experience and brand awareness of the market and you provide Marketing and Product teams with valuable insights from the potential customers
• You build relationships within the team and understand the interfaces and collaboration among teams and build relationships with clients 
• You hold numbers of conversations with HR leaders around the world, understand their challenges, and help to find the best solution to address them
• You drive your projects, challenge the status quo in business development  and design and facilitate your internal experience sharing workshops

Your Profile

• You can communicate fluently in German and English
• You are sociable, have good communication skills, are not afraid of challenging conversations and genuine curiosity is your typical trait
• You are humble and have the confidence to speak to senior professionals with an open mindset
• You are a team player and enjoy working as part of a Multicultural team of passionate professionals
• You show initiative, take ownership of upcoming challenges, and think "outside the box"
