Senior Customer Success Manager - Business Development (m/f/d) in Karlsruhe

Our company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - Business Development (m/f/d) to support our team.

4 - 40 Stunden pro Woche

Jobbeschreibung

You will be part of an ambitious team which enables other companies to deliver high quality data to the end customer. You will be responsible to optimize our customer related processes, as you will own and provide assistance during the renewal process. In collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Legal you will work to retain current UAI customers and ensure that we continue our growth and success. Therefore it is key to make sure your customers are successful by using our product to minimize churn and grow with them.

Your mission with us:

  • You will drive growth: Grow monthly revenue by >10% month over month
  • You will develop and lead the end-to-end renewal process from identification to closing
  • You will define the growth strategy for your customer accounts
  • You will increase customer touchpoints across different hierarchy levels
  • You will increase our customer retention and reduce our churn rate
  • You will measure performance and optimize processes accordingly
  • You will enable your team colleagues to drive their own deals
  • You will interact with engineering and product management

Your profile:

  • You collected more than 3 years relevant Customer Success, Renewals, and/or Sales experience for a SaaS company
  • You bring insights into the Customer Success department and are able to help develop our processes
  • You have excellent communication skills and you are able to interact with stakeholders
  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently to deliver on deadlines 
  • You own excellent and creative problem solving skills
  • You posses an extreme ownership mindset
  • You are thirsty for learning
  • You speak English fluently but are also able to converse in German
